Most items (except the most delicate fabrics, such as loosely woven cottons and linens) should be fine if washed on the hand wash or delicate cycle of modern washing machines, as long as the temperature recommendation on the label is not exceeded.

Please see below tips for extending the life of your garments:

• Always use the lowest washing temperature you can, for the shortest time necessary
• Separate strong colours, particularly for the first few washes
• Line dry your garments whenever possible
• Turn your garments inside out if it is graphic printed or delicate fabric such as wool
• Iron on the reverse, especially when garments have prints, embellishments or are a dark colour
• Woollen garments hate to be spun and rubbed – always wash by hand or in a dedicated wool cycle to prevent felting.

We do not offer returns unless item is damaged on arrival. To return a faulty item, it must be returned as new, i.e. are unworn and have been returned with the original packaging, including tags, within 7 days of purchase. Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. To return a damaged/faulty item, please send pictures to info@beauxbambino.com.

We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service/courier to return the item as we are unable to refund for any orders which get lost in the post and that you keep your proof of posting documents until we confirm that we have received the item.

Once the item has been approved for return and received by us, we will refund the original payment debit/credit card for the sum paid.
